Return & Refund Policy

At Valorcore Apparel, every item is made to order — crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ve got your back.

Please email us at info@valorcoreapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund — no return required.

📦 Do I Need to Return the Item?

Nope! For damaged or incorrect items, we do not require returns. We aim to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we print each item on demand, we can only accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
