Thank you for shopping with Valorcore Apparel. We’re proud to offer made-to-order items shipped directly to your door. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
📦 Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Times (Estimated)
Shipping time depends on your location:

United States: 3–7 business days after production
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
🧾 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not yet ship there.
📬 Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at info@valorcoreapparel.com and we’ll do our best to update the address.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility. If your package is delayed or appears lost:

❗ Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Valorcore is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are determined by your local government and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
